2016 Columbus, Ohio 9-11 Stair Climb
The 24-7 COMMITMENT team in Columbus, Ohio is honored to be hosting the Columbus 9-11 Memorial Stair Climb in 2016 benefiting the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
This years climb will take place at the Chase Tower in traditional format climbing 24 floors, nearly 5 times to reach the total of 110 flights of stairs.

-
Q.Can anyone climb?
A.Yes! The stair climb is open to anyone and is family friendly. Children who participate should be able to climb on their own. We generally see the youngest ages around 8 – 10 years old.
-
Q.What do we wear?
A.Dress like you’re going to a work out. Some firefighters who participate will wear turn out gear and SCBA’s to honor the fallen in their profession. This is optional.
-
Q.How long will it take?
A.We will have 2 flights of stairs open and 4 elevators bringing climbers back down. It’s a 24 story building. To reach 110 flights, we will climb 5 times (yes that’s a little more than 110!). This can typically be completed in less than 2 hours.
