Life and death important. Being in good physical health can make the difference between being able to get yourself and others out of a dangerous situation, can reduce your risk of cardiac problems, and can help you sleep better...which we all know you probably don't get enough of.
Physical health is not only important for the firefighters, but also their families. We all want to be around for each other for as long as possible. Being a healthy family enables you to do more, reduce stress, and encourage each other.
