When your life seems to revolve around a pager, how do you plan anything? Volunteer families get to be experts at flexibility in scheduling. When the middle-of-the-night tones go off and interrupt your sleep, when you feel frustrated about your firefighter ducking out of a family party to go and assist the community, when you feel like your time together is not all it should be, turn to a community of other wives who get it. This community of wives is there to listen, uplift, and encourage each other through the unpredictable life of a volunteer fire family.

What to expect in this community:

A place to ask questions and bounce ideas off of other families like yours.  A place without judgment and only encouragement, monitored by our trained administrators who abide by our 24-7C CAREs approach to serving our communities.   It's a place to connect and find help from others and anything commercial or sales related is prohibited by our guidelines.

How it works:

Register at the link below.  Watch for emails from [email protected] for how to access the private Facebook group.   You will be approved to enter the group by one of the admins within 24-48 hours.

Then, read, comment and share on the topic of making our volunteer fire families stronger.  This group is a place to share stories, ask questions, take on challenges, gain inspiration, and encourage each other as your family succeeds on its own unique schedule.
